SopAI is designed around a simple operating question: can your team show who is qualified, what is expiring, and where the proof lives?
Can workers submit without an account?
It depends on the plan. Teams, Growth, and Enterprise workspaces get a dedicated company inbound email address. Share it with workers and subcontractors; their certificate appears in your dashboard within a few minutes for review.
Does AI make the final decision?
No. SopAI extracts fields and surfaces the source document. An authorized manager reviews and confirms the record before it becomes part of the ledger.
What can we upload?
PDF, JPG, and PNG certification and training records are supported, including photos taken in the field.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled from workspace billing, with access continuing through the current billing period.
